So yesterday I was selected by two different bloggers for the Liebster Award! I was so excited for this opportunity and to be selected twice WOW!
Basically how it works is that a fellow blogger nominates you, you answer 10 questions they have given to you and you send them a thank you shout out! Once you answer your questions you pick 10 other bloggers with under 200 followers to answer 10 questions of your choice!

Fitfoodiemama gave me the following questions:
1. Where is your favorite place to travel and why? Outer Banks of North Carolina. I have been vacationing there with my family since I was a baby. It is so relaxing and we do nothing but hang out and fish!
2. What is the last good book you read? Train Like a Mother!
3. What did you want to be when you were little? Surprisingly a teacher- which is my job!
4. What is your favorite way to be active? Running or walking with the kids in the stroller! I love getting them outside and getting exercise myself
5. What is your go-to breakfast? Rice cake with a little honey and peanut butter
6. If you could eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be? Beef and Dumpings
7. What are your hobbies outside of work/blogging? My husband and children, going to the beach, running and crafting when I have time
8. Would you ever be able to go a day without your phone? YES, as long as my kids and husband were with me!
9. Do you prefer to exercise in the morning or at night? Night. I have been trying to switch to morning but have not yet been successful
10. What is your favorite thing about blogging? I get to tell my story and hope that it encourages someone to do whatever they put their mind to!

- In honor of spring, what is your favorite outside activity? Running or Walking and of course playing at the play ground with the kids!
- Why did you start blogging? At first it was to showcase my fit pregnancy and now it is about sharing my healthy and busy lifestyle. My sister blogs with me now too which is great! We recap races and check in with different fitness related things.
- What is the furthest distance you have run/walked/hiked/walked? 13.1– I have signed up for my first marathon so that number will be going up soon 🙂
- I love to grill. Do you prefer to host a cookout or be invited to them? Love hosting BBQ’s! Cannot wait to get the grill going now that it is finally warm outside.
- Name one gadget you cannot live without. This can apply to any part of your life. Cell phone- it does it all for me. I hate to say I am addicted to it.
- What was your first car? Loved it? Hated it? Diesel engine, 1985 (I think) Mercedes- My uncle let me borrow it until I purchased my own car. I loved that thing and wish I still had it!
- How many places have you lived? 2- southern Delaware, short stint in Dover, Delaware for college and now permanently live in Southern Delaware and have no plans of going anywhere!
- What would be your dream vacation? Anywhere with my kids and husband and it is free- free would be a dream come true!
- If you could describe yourself in one word, what would that be? Happy
- Do you have a theme song? Party in the U.S.A. by: Miley- it makes every race playlist and always gets me moving! I dare you not to sing along to that when it comes on!
- Do you prefer to sit and read or watch movies? Name your favorite. Sit and Read however I rarely get to do this! My favorite books are any by Jane Green, A Dog’s Purpose, Naturally Thin by Bethenny Frankel (love this one!)
